VBAC (Vaginal Birth after Cesarean) Prep Class

VBAC is vaginal birth after Cesarean- It’s still your choice. Having a Cesarean could have been your choice or a circumstance but it doesn’t mean you cannot have a normal birth now. Unfortunately, there is a lot of misinformation around childbirth after a previous caesarean. Most Cesarean moms believe that its complicated or even dangerous to go for a normal birth after they’ve had a Cesarean. In reality, VBAC is completely viable, safe and with the correct resources and guidance, one can confidently choose to give birth naturally even after a Cesarean.
